1. Who you are contracting with
GlowUp AI ("the Service") is operated by Patriks Eglitis, an individual sole trader trading as GlowUp AI. When you use the Service or buy a report, you enter into an agreement with Patriks Eglitis. You can reach us at support@quickqlowupcheck.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the Service, uploading a photo, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. By continuing to use it after we update these Terms, you accept the updated version.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. What the Service provides
GlowUp AI analyses selfies you upload and produces an appearance score, an estimated potential score, and a written set of cosmetic suggestions (for example hair length or colour, brows, skincare routine, colour palette, grooming and styling).
The report is cosmetic guidance and personal opinion generated by software. It is not medical, dermatological, psychological, nutritional or surgical advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Scores are subjective estimates, not objective measurements, and results vary between people. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.
4. Your photos and content
- You must only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you permission.
- You must have all rights needed in the photos you upload.
- You grant us a limited licence to host and process your photos and inputs solely to generate and deliver your report.
- We may remove content and refuse or filter output that breaches these Terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@quickqlowupcheck.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringement leads to account termination.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam;
- upload photos of minors, or images you have no right to use;
- upload or generate illegal content, non-consensual or sexualised imagery, deepfakes, harassment or hate speech;
- interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scanning, scraping, bypassing technical limits, reverse engineering);
- resell, redistribute or publicly republish reports as your own product.
6. AI outputs and your responsibility
Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unflattering. You are responsible for what you upload, how you interpret the report and any action you take based on it. Do not rely on the Service for regulated professional advice without independent oversight.
7. Intellectual property
Patriks Eglitis owns the Service, including its software, models, prompts, design, text and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and your own report for personal purposes. You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
8. Service level
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Payment, subscription and refunds
Patriks Eglitis is the seller of record for all orders. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.
The glow-up report is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices are shown before you pay, in your local currency where available, and any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout and included in the total you confirm. 10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you may request a copy of your report within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your uploads, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
